I presume this is from that concert because it is followed by John Mayall & the Bluesbreakers' set, clearly from the same film,
which is listed as "Berlin 1969" on the DVD artwork. (There weren’t any Rolling Stones concerts in Germany in 1969.)
One of the numbers the Rolling Stones are seen playing is "Midnight Rambler" (although the film is silent).
