This is a guess, based on the fact that the voiceover in this news report is in Portuguese,
which I assume is from Paul’s stay in Rio de Janeiro in 1990. Short as it is, it’s memorable: as Paul’s
daughter Mary steps out of the helicopter, the wind from the rotorblades lifts her skirt up.
