in Hamburg (Ringo Starr played there on 2 September 1998) or, alternately, in Oldenburg around the time he recorded
his Wetten Dass..? appearance (10 October 1998) because this edition of Hoch 5 only aired in November of that year.

For this particular show, Ringo chose five of his all-time favorite music videos: Joe Cocker’s With a Little Help From My Friends,
Aerosmith’s Love in an Elevator, Louis Armstrong’s What a Wonderful World, Ringo’s own Only You (And You Alone)
(although It Don’t Come Easy was shown instead) and Jimi Hendrix’s Are You Experienced?
